Off-balance, somewhat burnt out, stuck and looking to ignite the second half of living.  We are high-achieving women who have outgrown the now and long for the next. Our older purpose has become outdated with aging kids, exhaustive careers and perhaps trying to fill a void we can’t put a finger on.  We’re in search of a life liberator, an energy north star to return us to the authentic, passionate selves we know we can be.  But we need a voice of permission to raise that human capital required to invest in the next best version of ourselves.  That boundless vision which grants us courage, confidence, acceptance and purpose-driven leadership for everything we show up for.  We’ve been there, done that, but we know there’s more to come.  We’re on a journey to something bigger than what we see in the mirror. We are devoted to being stronger, being louder, being more connected and truly being seen. Simply put, it’s time to raise more of me. This is our tribe. Welcome home…
